All orders are shipped via Canada Post depending on the weight and dimension of the order.
Please note that tracking numbers are included and we do ship to PO Box addresses.
Shipping Lead Times
All orders are processed on same days if the order is placed by noon (EST). Orders are not shipped or or delivered on weekends or holidays.
When you order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours with order acknowledgement. Once your product has shipped, you will receive a second email confirming the shipment of your goods. This third email will include tracking information for your use.
Damaged or Defective Items
We ask that upon receipt of your shipment a thorough check for any damages be completed. If you do find any issues with the condition or quality of your order, please email at mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the product is damaged during shipment and is not used we will provide instructions for the order to be shipped back to our distribution centre at no cost.
To initiate a return, please provide proof of purchase. Please contact us to receive return instructions and approval. Return requests must be made prior to 30 days from receipt of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We also require the item be in the original packaging, which must be in good condition. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your shipment. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
There are situations in which only partial refunds may be granted.
- Any item that arrives not in the original condition or packaging, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to 15theparty or manufacturer error.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund within 7 business days of email notification, please contact your credit card company or bank as it may take time for the refund to be officially posted. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned for an exchange or refund.
We offer exchanges on items deemed damaged, defective, and unused only. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please send us an email at mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org and instructions will be provided.
The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning their order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the total refund. Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item back to us valued over $75, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
